Menomonie Model

This project is a new construction model home built by River Ridge Builders. It is 2,517sf with 4 beds and 3 baths. I had the opportunity to make all of the material and finish selections for this simple split entry. Other things to note about the project are that furnishings were not included in the design and there was a limited budget to follow.

Concept

The design of this house is to include both rustic and modern aspects to fit with the trends of Menomonie, Wisconsin. The space is to feel light, bright, and airy, but still have that comfortable, homey feel.
